Excellent service and it is such a great idea to create a platform for buying from small independent businesses.

Ordered twice now from this company great experience good communication had to return an item but no trouble returning it my refund came through with no hassle.

Great website easy to use. Fantastic service would definitely recommend using this company again. And delivery was on time.

I purchased two items from the Trouva
website from two different shops.
One was a replacement reindeer outdoor thermometer which sticks into the window. Previous one bought in Sweden, this one from the scandi shop in Scotland.
The second a butterdish that I have admired for a while, trouva had a great price, it was sold by an English company. Both arrived in great condition, quickly by UPS and from the two separate ships. I have used trouva before and they have a lot of things you will struggle to get anywhere else.
Highly recommended.

Ordered a few things from a lovely shop in Orkney. Everything was in order and arrived beautifully wrapped with a lovely card from the seller. Great experience all around.

I bought an item through this company. I decided to return it as was my right. I fulfilled all the obligations required of me to secure my refund. To date - feb 1st 2023 I am still owed my refund. Customer services are appalling annd rude and you cannot get through on the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Trouva do not send me a reply with some wish washy excuse kicking the can down the road - you owe me money it’s as simple as that - YOU ARE THEIVES.

I found an item that I tried to order on another site but they do not ship to Northern Ireland - so I was very happy to find the identical item on Trouva - much cheaper & available to me here. Delivery was prompt and the item is very good quality. I highly recommend this site.

poor customer service, didn't receive a refund even though item returned

My order on Trouva was confirmed and I was charged. However, next day I was notified that the item I bought wasn't in stock.
Interestingly, they had exactly the same item on the site (at a higher price) but didn't consider fulfilling my order, even when I prompted that.
Very poor customer experience! Never again.

Placed an order on Wednesday to then receive an email on Thursday telling me the item I had ordered was out of stock. Quite poor experience personally, but that isn’t to say it won’t be better for others.

A somewhat bizarre experience with one of Trouva's partner boutiques left me frustrated and disappointed at the lack of assistance from Trouva's customer service team.

Usually, I am not one for filling in experience surveys, but in this instance, I did that and was contacted by another member of Trouva's customer service team. She took control and sorted everything out. In short, she was amazing, and by doing so, was able to rectify what had been an incredibly poor, if not terrible experience, into something positive.

A great example of exemplary customer service that has been very much appreciated, hence this commendation.

Excellent. Wanted some specific Disney Happy Socks for a trip to Disneyland Paris at Christmas and not only did they sell them cheaper than anywhere else, they had them with me 48 hours later, even during a postal strike. Can’t fault the service!

The website is very easy and flows well. Descriptions on products was accurate for my purchases which I was very pleased with. Delivery was very prompt. You can also find things that are a little bit different from the run of the mill stuff.
